Summary:
This project focused on an overall quality control (QC) framework of the DestinE high priority Digital Twins (DTs) on climate change adaptation and weather-induced extremes that include selected impact sector applications. The concept rely on methods and metrics that are well established in the weather, climate and impact sector communities and those that have been deployed by the Copernicus services. In the final concept, deviations from such methods and metrics need justification based on lessons learnt and options for alternative methods and metrics shall be proposed.
