Wednesday, July 23rd: inauguration of the project and presentation of the “gift to the town” that brings together poetic painting and scientific research through the artistic works of Augusto Gadea and the scientific contribution of the CNR – National Research Council (Reference: Luca Giorgio Bellucci), sealing the indissoluble bond between art and science.
Gadea’s works were created using marine sediments made available to the artist by ISMAR as part of the “Atlante delle Terre” project. These new works, created and installed inside the Underground Village of Sant’Antioco, represent a new chapter in the dialogue between art and science that began with the exhibitions at the Dario Nobili Library of the CNR Territorial Research Area in Bologna.
